La Boîte à Pain Saint-Roch

Bakeries and Pastry Shops

It was at 3:30 a.m. on October 19, 1999, that Patrick Nisot opened the first Boîte à Pain bakery in Québec City’s Saint-Roch district. Over the years, the business expanded across the city, with locations in Sainte-Foy (2015), at the Grand Marché de Québec (2019) and in Limoilou (2024). Today, this chain of bakeries is steered by a team dedicated to producing high-quality baked goods. In addition, they wish to serve the community by supporting local projects and promoting the company’s values of sharing with and assisting those in need.
