    Apikol's interpretation center is the perfect destination to learn about bees and distillation. During a tour with an experienced guide, you will observe a beehive and learn about the fascinating lives of bees throughout the seasons. Then, you will enter the world of alcohol making, from the extraction of honey to its fermentation, distillation, aging, formulation and bottling.
