Located in downtown Québec City (Lower Town), the two Université du Québec student residences were built in 2005 and 2007. No more than ten minutes on foot from the Summer Festival, New France Festival, Musée de la Civilisation, Old Port Market and other major attractions. The accommodations offered comprise apartment suites, each including a fully-equipped kitchen, refrigerator, TV, DVD player, Internet, telephone, bedding and towels.

Good to Know:
The cafeteria is closed as of 4 p.m. on weekdays, and all day on weekends.
