Local Specialities

Discover the best jam in the world!

We are master jam makers, we make natural products with local fruits raised on our island and flavoured with medicinal herbs from our garden.

We offer jam tastings at our shop and also serve coffees and sweet snacks, in addition to enjoying the splendid view of the river offered by this historic site in the heart of the maritime village of Île d'Orléans.
