Noctem Artisans Brasseurs is a craft brewery specialized in hazy IPAs, fruity sours and lager beers. Our location on rue du Parvis offers a full restaurant service with beers brewed on site and at our production brewery. Our production brewery on rue Vincent-Massey produces all the beer in cans which are widely available across the province and feature cats on their labels.
