Our goal is to make commonplace renewable energy, responsible waste management, and ethical practices.

With the exception of salt and yeast, 100% of our kitchen ingredients are sourced exclusively within a 150 km radius of Québec City.

We’re here to influence our food systems, to connect you with local farmers, to educate through food, and of course, to make you dinner.
