Our menu features local products and producers, as well as the beer we brew onsite. We serve imaginative gourmet cuisine. You can appreciate the originality and inventiveness of chef by perusing the weekly menus for each of our two restaurants.

We have a range of items with the La Souche logo available at our shop in Stoneham (clothing, baseball caps, tuques, etc.). Of course, we also sell bottled beer, though the selection may vary depending on the batches.
