Les Ouches is a vineyard that has been developed gradually, parcel by parcel, through a long-term approach rooted in observation, adaptation, and thoughtful decision-making.

At the vineyard, visitors are invited to settle onto our terrace, that is partially covered, and enjoy a tasting of our wines alongside a seasonal bistro menu inspired by the estate’s seasonal harvests and the work of local producers. The experience is complemented by a bocce court and sweeping views of the St. Lawrence River and the Laurentian Mountains.
