Coteau

Restaurants

Guided by simplicity and excellence, Coteau, a Relais & Châteaux restaurant housed in an 1822 maritime warehouse in Québec City, celebrates Québec’s terroir through the cuisine of Chef Lucas Brocheton: refined, authentic, and creative gastronomy. Inspired by our own Ferme du Coteau on Île d’Orléans, the cuisine showcases fresh, local, and seasonal products. Recognized by the Michelin Guide, each plate reveals the richness of Québec flavors for a unique, sincere, and memorable dining experience.
