The Comptoir boreal is a true laboratory with the goal of introducing a variety of quality products available in our region. Take place in one of the dozen seats to taste the Nordic flavours of Chez Boulay and observe the pastry chefs at work. From 7 a.m., guests can enjoy their coffee, paninis, pastries and desserts, on site or on the go. The Comptoir boreal also offers a boutique section where customers can buy oils, spices and vinegars meticulously selected by our team.
