At La Boutique Du Capitaine, facing the dock in the waterside village of Saint-Jean-de-l’Ile-d’Orléans you will find all of the products « Du Capitaine » and treat yourself to our specialties with free tasting of our bio cassis and redcurrant products. The complete range is transformed into syrup, coulis, juice, spreads, mustard, ketchup, butter and also vinegars; 4 balsamics and others. You will also find alcools produced right here at La Distillerie de l'Ile d'Orléans under the rudder of Du Capitaine Joe.
