It affords a sweeping panorama of the Old City, Lower Town, the mighty St. Lawrence River, Île d’Orléans, the south shore, and the Appalachian and Laurentian mountain ranges. Horizons, an original presentation, introduces visitors to the city’s landscape and history, awakening the senses of visitors young and old.
