We are proud to have a genuine Québécois sugar shack, where lively dinner parties are held! We gather maple sap the old-fashioned way: with buckets and spouts. You can walk behind the horse-drawn sleigh as we bring the sap to the sugar shack. As you are enveloped by the sweet smell of boiling sap, you can stir the cauldron with the large paddle and meet our maple sugar expert. Enjoy some maple toffee cooled on snow.
