Becoming famous with the release of their southern anthem Sweet Home Alabama, this iconic Southern rock band has weathered its share of tragedy, the story really beginning in the early 1970s. Now a legend, despite a reputation that has sometimes been difficult and cursed, Lynyrd Skynyrd has combined elements of country, rock and jazz, throughout its career, becoming a flagship of American rock in the purest tradition of the Allman Brothers and the Black Crowes.

First opening acts:

7:00 p.m.: Little Steven & The Disciples of Soul

8:10 p.m.: Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Evening
