Raven

Starting with the German expression Rabenmutter (“raven mother”), the equivalent of “mère indigne” or “bad mom,” the artists and mothers of the Berlin collective still hungry portray a situation full of contradictory emotions with great candor.

Mixing acrobatics, dance, movement and text, they explore all the challenges connected to their own motherhood. Not only do they not hide their mistakes, they invite us to laugh about them. RAVEN, an award-winning contemporary circus show, aims to free mothers from the social pressure of always having to do everything right.
