Half Moon Run

With songs that are as complex as they are cliffhangers, Montreal band Half Moon Run have carved out an enviable place for themselves on the alternative music scene since the release of Dark Eyes in 2012. After attracting the attention from the likes of Rolling Stone magazine and British newspaper The Guardian, the group proceeded to tour Europe and North America (from the Reading Festival to Pukkelpop). The recent album A Blemish in the Great Light reaffirms a creative boldness that is largely rooted in a reinterpretation of 70s music. After releasing the mini-album Inwards & Onwards in 2021, the band will be celebrating its tenth anniversary as a group at the FEQ, a well-earned achievement.
