The Salon international des vins et spiritueux will now make place to the Festival International des Vins et Spiritueux de Québec.

Offered free of charge, this virtual activity will allow all wine lovers in the province to take part in the Festival. On Friday evening, wine professionals, a guest personality and a renowned winemaker will team up to lead a friendly 30-minute discussion on wines and gastronomy.

Free virtual activity, registration required. Fridays May 7, 14, 21, 28, as well as June 4 and 11.

A dish with...

In addition to supporting 20 restaurateurs from Quebec, this activity will allow participants to enjoy a three-course meal prepared with a selected bottle of wine. They will obtain a link to watch a virtual wine-making activity of 30 to 45 minutes around the tasted wine and the menu. They will also have access to the “live sommelier” and will be able to ask questions of a sommelier via the viewing platform's chat.

$125 including dinner for two, bottle of wine, virtual wine animation and access to the closing show with Nikki Yanofsky. Fridays and Saturdays, from May 7 to June 11. Limited quantities. Pick up in restaurant.

The Hotel Experience

Three customizable packages will be offered as part of the Hotel Experience held at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. A real wine trip, without having to take a plane, to live alone, as a couple or with your family bubble!
