Graduation Hall

Once the site of university ceremonies, the Séminaire de Québec’s stunning Graduation Hall features a beautiful interior designed by architect Georges-Émile Tanguay. It is part of a group of heritage buildings located in Old Québec. In 1852, Diocesan priests from Séminaire de Québec founded Université Laval, the first French-language university in North America. This magnificent hall, a testament to Québec City’s religious and educational past, is a versatile and elegant space for special events of up to 300 people.
