Useful information

This reserve, which is the pride of the county of Portneuf, covers some 775 sq. km (484 sq. mi.). The hilly terrain is dotted with over 375 lakes, rivers and waterfalls, including Marmite Falls. Winter activities: cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, nature walks and sledding. Summer activities: fishing, hunting, canoeing and camping.

Schedule and Details

Hours: mid-May to mid-November and mid-December to mid-March.

Admission: fees are charged for several activities, and reservations may be required.

Closed: Closed from mid-March to mid-May and from November 12 to mid-December.
